The Georgia Student Finance Commissions (GSFC) maintains GA Futures, promotes financial literacy and administers most state scholarships, grants, and loans, including the nationally-acclaimed HOPE Scholarship.

GA Futures is an online resource center to help students and their families select a college, apply for admission, and plan to finance higher education. GATRACS is part of GA Futures as a portal page whose goal is to make transfer information easier for students and potential students to access, so that more Georgia citizens will persist in college and complete their college education.
