Albany State University will begin accepting requests for use of campus facilities from community or third party organizations on October 1. Submitting a request at that time will not guarantee approval. The academic, social and athletic requirements of ASU students, faculty and staff will have priority. All activities on campus must comply with DPH, CDC, ASU and University System of Georgia guidelines at the time the event is held. If approved, documentation of abiding by said guidelines must be presented to the Events Office prior to the start of the event. This is in addition to being in compliance with all other policies and procedures outlined in the ASU Rental Agreement.
