Move In Information

Fall  2024 Check In Dates: 

August 13^th ** First Year Students**

August 17^th  ** Returning Students**

  Please adhere to your residential floor assignments regarding your MOVE- IN TIME. SEE BELOW!

All students who are assigned to the 3rd and 4th floors, must report to Housing Check-In between 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Students who are assigned to the 2nd and 1st floors, must report to Housing Check-in between 1 p.m.– 5 p.m. To view your room assignment, log into your housing portal linked here ----> My Housing Portal.

It is imperative, that you adhere to your residential floor Move-in designated time to promote equitable distribution of volunteers assisting within our residential buildings as we reduce move-in density and crowding.  

 

 

May I bring another person to assist with move-in?

• All students may bring no more than two other persons to assist with move-in. All other family members, may visit the student rooms once he/she has set their room during their check-in time frame. 
   
• You will have 1 hour to unload your vehicle at the unloading area in front of your residential building. Also, please be advised, THE DRIVER MUST REMAIN WITH THE CAR WHILE THE STUDENT AND ONE GUEST/ FAMILY MEMBER WILL UNLOAD VEHICLE. ONCE UNLOADED, THE DRIVER MUST IMMEDIATELY DRIVE TO THE LONG-TERM PARKING AREA.    

How do I to check in?

Upon arrival, East Campus Residents must report to Central Check-In located in the Jones Brothers Sport Complex Gymnasium. West Campus Residents must report to their designated residential hall (First Year Student: Village South 1st Floor Lobby * Returning Students Commons: 1st Floor Lobby)
