Ethics Awareness Week
November 11-17, 2019

“Our culture is very important to the success of not only our institutions, but our employees, students, communities and ultimately how Georgia is educated, which makes it very important to me, and hopefully to all of you as leaders for the USG.”

Chancellor Wrigley University System of Georgia

The week of November 11 – 17, 2019 has been designated “Ethics Awareness Week” and in support of this effort, the University System of Georgia (USG) institutions, including Albany State University (ASU) will participate under the theme, “Celebrating our Ethical Culture”.  This week will be highlighted with activities to bring awareness, promote and maintain a more ethical culture at all USG institutions.

The Office of Internal Audits will provide a number of activities during the week to help bring awareness to prevent unethical behavior and promote shared values of integrity, respect, excellence, accountability and responsibility.

“Ethics is about how we meet the challenge of doing the right thing when that  will cost more than we want to pay."
